RPC managed the fitout of new office areas, as well as clean rooms and laboratories, a total of 3000m2 over 4 separate levels. This allowed the Client to relocate from their old premises at Milperra, where they had been for over 12 years.
All fitout work, (such as Partitioning, Ceilings, Joinery, Painting) was handled in-house. This afforded considerable savings to the Client.
Site supervision of all other trades, such as Electrical, Fire, Air, Hydraulic, Steel Mezzanine structure, Flooring finishes.
Stage 1 works: 8 weeks, completed 30th June, 2011. Total works $500k. Very tight program, completed ahead of schedule.
Stage 2 works: 3 weeks, completed mid February, 2012.
Thomas Relocates to New facility
Chubb Security Australasia
Ashfield, Lane Cove, Smithfield, Silverwater, Heathcote.
RPC is extremely proud to have been the preferred Building Contractor for Chubb throughout Sydney, since 2004. Works are continuous and ongoing and include Partitioning, Painting, Joinery, Bathrooms and General Construction works.
Additionally, RPC also handle all general Maintenance issues throughout all branches. All works are handled in-house.
Jetset Travel Group
Sydney, North Sydney, Mascot.
RPC has undertaken various fitout works for the Jetset Group, since 2007.
Fitouts include Austrian Airlines, Stella Group, Jetset Travel and various minor works.
Works include Partitioning, Painting, Joinery. These works are all handled in-house, as well as site supervision of trades employed by Jestset.
Seek Australia
Levels 1, 2, 3, 7; 80 Pacific Highway North Sydney.
Levels 13, 14, 15, 16; 27 Napier Street, North Sydney.
RPC is the preferred partitioning contractor for the new Sydney headquarters of Seek Australia, at 80 Pacific Highway.
RPC also undertook original fitout and subsequent make good works at their previous Napier St premises.
Works completed between 2004 and 2012.
Bench International Australia Ltd
Level 4, 55 York Street, Sydney
Bench have been the African travel and safari experts for over 40 years.
RPC was the Project Manager for the relocation from their original Sussex St premises. RPC was the Head Contractor for all trades, such as Electrical, Air, Fire.
All building works were handled in-house.
Works undertaken mid 2010.
Mastercard Australia
Levels 8 and 9, 100 Arthur St, North Sydney
RPC was the preferred partitioning contractor for the new Sydney headquarters for Mastercard Australia.
RPC also undertook various fitout works to their previous premises at 146 Arthur St, North Sydney.
Works completed between 2004 and 2008.
Government MP Fitouts
RPC undertook numerous fitouts for Government MP’s between 2001 and 2009.
Works generally consisted of building works and general site supervision of trades.
